Attendee privacy & data policy
Lazervault is building the first AI-native bank — and our events are where the builders, founders, and operators shaping that future meet in person. When you register, apply to speak, or grab a ticket, you trust us with your details. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and how we protect it. No fine print, no surprises.
Last updated June 8, 2026
This policy covers information collected through the Lazervault Events experience — the event pages, attendee registration, the call for speakers, and ticket management at Find my ticket. It sits alongside our broader product privacy practices and applies to every Lazervault event, today and as we grow to host many more.
We only ask for what an event actually needs to run smoothly:
When you register
When you apply to speak
We also log limited technical signals (such as IP address and request timing) purely to block bots and abusive automated sign-ups — never to profile you.
One deliberate exception: if you apply to speak and we confirmyou for the line-up, your speaker profile becomes part of the public event page — your name, role, company, bio, the links you chose to share, your published work, and your photo if you added one. That's the point of speaking: visibility.
Everything else — your email, phone, attendee registrations, and any application that isn't confirmed — stays private to you and our event team.
Questions about your data, or want it removed? Reach the Lazervault events team at events@lazervault.app or through our contact page. We read every message.
Built for the future. Built for you.
Lazervault events bring together the people redefining how the world scans, speaks, and pays. Secure your seat, or take the stage.
