• You must be at least 18 and have a verified Lazervault account (KYC complete).
• Cards you sell must be lawfully obtained and owned by you.
• You must provide accurate card details and, where requested, proof of purchase or ownership.

• Rates are quoted at the time of the transaction and can change with market conditions and card type.
• Rates vary by brand, denomination, region, and card format (physical vs e-code).
• Once you submit a card for sale, we (or our partners) verify its validity before settlement.
• A quoted rate may be adjusted or a trade declined if a card fails verification.

• On a successful sale, your wallet is credited with the agreed amount, less any applicable fees shown before you confirm.
• Settlement timing depends on verification and provider processing.
• For purchases, the card or e-code is delivered once payment from your wallet is confirmed.

We cannot accept, and you must not submit:

• Stolen, fraudulent, previously redeemed, or zero-balance cards.
• Cards obtained through chargebacks, phishing, or any unlawful means.
• Cards you do not own or are not authorised to sell.
• Cards restricted by the issuer, our partners, or applicable law.

Submitting a prohibited card may result in the trade being reversed and your account being suspended, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Gift-card values and rates fluctuate; the rate you see may differ from earlier or later quotes.
• We do not control issuer decisions; a card can be declined even after an initial check.
• Provide card details carefully — errors can delay or prevent settlement.

If you believe a gift-card trade was handled incorrectly, contact us promptly with the transaction reference and any supporting evidence. We'll investigate in good faith, though some outcomes depend on issuers and processing partners.
