These terms govern buying, selling, and holding investments such as stocks through Lazervault. They include our risk disclosure, how we process payments for funding, and how withdrawals work. Please read them before you place an order.

These Investment Terms supplement our Terms of Service. By funding an investment account or placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept the risks described here. Lazervault is a technology platform that connects you to licensed brokerage and payment partners. It is not your financial adviser.

1. Capital at risk

The value of investments can go down as well as up. You may get back less than you invest.
Past performance is not a reliable guide to future results.
Prices can move sharply, and some assets can be hard to sell at a given moment.
Only invest money you can afford to leave invested and potentially lose.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing in the app is a personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any investment. Prices, lists, and information are provided for general purposes only. You make your own decisions and are responsible for them. If you are unsure whether an investment is right for you, seek independent professional advice.

3. Orders, pricing, and execution

Orders are routed to a licensed brokerage partner for execution and custody of your holdings.
The price you see is indicative. The final executed price may differ because markets move.
Orders may be delayed, partially filled, or rejected when markets are closed, halted, or illiquid.
Applicable fees, spreads, and any taxes are shown before you confirm an order.

4. Payment processing agreement

When you add funds to your investment balance:

Payments are processed by our licensed payment partners, including Flutterwave, and by your Lazervault wallet.
You authorise Lazervault and its partners to debit the amount you approve, plus any disclosed fee, to fund your order.
Funding may take time to settle. Your buying power reflects settled funds.
You confirm the funds are yours and lawfully sourced. Payments may be declined or reviewed to meet compliance rules.

5. Withdrawal policy

You can sell holdings and withdraw available proceeds back to your Lazervault wallet.
Proceeds from a sale become available once the trade settles under the partner's settlement cycle.
Withdrawals may be subject to minimums, limits, and standard fraud and compliance checks.
We may hold or delay a withdrawal where required by law or to investigate suspected fraud.

6. Eligibility & compliance

You must be at least 18 and have completed the required KYC tier to invest.
Investing may be restricted based on your region, verification level, or applicable law.
You must not use investment features for money laundering, market abuse, or any unlawful activity.

7. No guarantees

Investments are not bank deposits and are not covered by deposit-insurance schemes that apply to fiat wallet balances. Lazervault does not guarantee the value, availability, or performance of any investment.
