Insurance Terms
Lazervault helps you discover, buy, and manage insurance in a few taps. Cover itself is provided and underwritten by licensed insurance partners, including MyCover. Your policy document from the underwriter is the definitive statement of what's covered.

These Insurance Terms supplement our Terms of Service and apply when you buy or manage insurance through Lazervault. Lazervault acts as a technology platform connecting you to insurance partners; it is not the insurer.
Insurance products in the app are underwritten and provided by licensed insurance partners, including MyCover and its underwriting network. The underwriter — not Lazervault — is responsible for the cover, claims decisions, and payouts under your policy. Your relationship for the insurance contract is with the underwriter.
Every policy has exclusions, limits, deductibles, and conditions defined by the underwriter — for example pre-existing conditions, specific perils, or usage limits. A claim can be declined if it falls outside cover or if eligibility conditions are not met. Always check the policy wording so you know exactly what is and isn't covered.
Cancellation, cooling-off, and mid-term changes are handled according to the underwriter's policy terms. Where a cooling-off period applies, you may be able to cancel for a refund within that window, subject to the underwriter's rules. Contact us or use the app to request changes.
